Small but rapidly growing Kitchen & Bathroom company in the Roswell area has need an assistant. This is a full-time position.

Able to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management partners to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results. Position will mainly focus on admin and business related tasks, but will also include everyday managing jobs & errands.

Responsibilities

Answering phones, labeling and handling packages, greeting customers, setting up appointments and assisting staff with different administrative duties. Data entry with extreme attention to detail. Develop and monitor the teams schedule. Cleaning of the showroom and make service for customers. Make arrangements for meetings. Track, maintain and organize records and documents in accordance with established office procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Organize and implement Front Desk systems to facilitate customer flow
  • Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Enter customer’s information to the CRM portal and database
  • Perform front desk duties applicable
  • Answer and triage any phone calls
  • Schedule and Confirm customer’s appointments
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Relationships

  • Reports to the General Manager
  • Will work closely with other designers, management, contractors, customers and vendors

  • Proficiency in use of computers and Microsoft Office

We are looking for our unique designers!

$60,000 - $80,000 a year - Full-time, Commission


We are seeking for new designers with experience in 20/20 design, Auto CAD and sales. Candidate have to produce accurate shop drawings and develop presentations to clients in our showroom. The candidate must has the ability to understand clients vision and read construction plans. our company has exceptional client satisfaction and we looking to expand our clientele.

Required Experience:

  • Interior Design/Space planning or equivalent experience
  • ProKitchen or 20/20 experience desired
  • Intermediate level with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interior building product knowledge
  • Tile, Countertops, Lighting, Plumbing knowledge
  • Wholesale experience a plus Kitchen Design: +3 years

Other responsibilities include:

  • Assist customers in the selection of showroom products
  • Create cabinet layouts
  • Build relationships within home owners/builders/remodeler traders
  • Develop customer presentations
  • Utilize ProKitchen CAD program
  • Enter client selections and create quotations
  • Answer phones and responds to customer inquiries
  • Place and track orders and purchases for display, sale, or inventory purposes
  • Advise team members of design trends, pricing and stocking of various products
  • Light travel to customers for jobsite meetings and field measures as needed
  • Daily upkeep of showroom
  • The schedule for this role will follow normal business hours and may include, weekends and holidays
  • Light travel as needed to off- site customers for measures and meetings

We offer Salary plus commission
